- Usage information such as pages visited, actions taken in the app, timestamps, and feature usage required to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. App Permissions
Depending on the features enabled in the final app build, BrainCamp may request limited device permissions such as:
- Camera access for profile images, document capture, or other in-app media workflows.
- Photos, media, or file access for uploading attachments, student documents, homework files, or related records.
- Notification access so users can receive attendance alerts, fee reminders, homework updates, exam notices, or school announcements.
We request only the permissions reasonably required to provide app functionality. If a feature is not used in your production app, that permission should not be requested.

- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and school-level access controls.

BrainCamp is intended for use by schools, administrators, teachers, parents, and authorized users. Where student data is processed, it is generally provided by a school or authorized organization in connection with educational administration and communication. Schools and authorized users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant information, subject to applicable law, contractual commitments, security requirements, and legitimate operational needs.
